Situated on the rolling Pondoland hills behind Port St Johns and the Umzimvubu River, Eden Self Catering Cottages overlooks the famous Gates of Port St Johns, Mount Thesiger and Mount Sullivan, the Umzimvubu River and has breathtaking views of the river mouth and the sea.

The 8 cottages are spread around 24 acres of Indigenous forest and fruit trees which you are free to explore and enjoy the abundance of bird life.

Only 3 kilometers from the Pondoland Bridge, on the Lusikisiki road, we are a five minute drive from beaches, shops and fishing spots. Eden Self Catering Cottages is popular with families, fishermen, birders and all those looking for a quiet time away from the rush of Port St Johns.

Each cottage has a private verandah and braai area. All our cottages are fully equipped, including TV (local channels only.) Bring only your towels and toiletries.

We have our own spring water (safe for drinking) and a back-up generator in-case the Escom power fails.

We welcome children and have a trampoline and swings on site for them.
